What is Qigong
Qigong is an ancient practice that originated more than four thousand years ago and combines movement, breathing and mindfulness. It has proven to reduce stress and bring healing to the whole body.
Qi (pronounced “Chi”) is energy, your own life force energy and Gong means work or skill. Qi Gong then is a practice that teaches you how to become skillful in managing your own energy.
